It's been warm here, as if I haven't mentioned that several times already. So warm that I thought I'd open up the house a bit.
A nod is as good as a wink to a blind horse, or so they say.
And around here, an open door is as good as a formal invitation.
I love you dearly, Henry, but this will simply not do.
My housekeeping standards might be pretty lax, but honestly, this is just too much. Shoo!

Oh, Henry!! Too funny :)

Oh Henry! I'd been wondering how he was! Love the second photo - caught in the act ;-)
ReplyDeleteHeehee!! Love that first shot of his foot raised, crossing the threshold...bold creature! Our hens would love to come in to eat up the cat kibble!
ReplyDeletehow funny! He is beautiful!
ReplyDeletebtw..I MISSED YOU:))))
Oh my, love this, made me smile, thanks!
ReplyDeleteHe's a beaut, and we don't have roosters coming in the house here, our yard dog would get them!
ReplyDeleteLove it! We have barn cats that try to sneak into the house (to eat the dog food, no less) but the chickens haven't made it that far... yet!
ReplyDeletehaha our hens used to come right in if we werent looking! great pictures they really made me laugh!
ReplyDeleteloved the pics of thatcher with the wee chicks, he really is a mini farmer :)
What wonderful, lovely photos! We have "univited" houseguests (barn cats desperate to be house cats) every now and then too! Thank goodness for screen doors!
ReplyDeleteThat is great! It's almost as if he's saying "Ready or not, here I come!"
ReplyDeleteLove it! (because it's all too familiar!)
ReplyDeleteHenry is my favorite - the sheep are a close second - I so do not relate but love, love, love to read about these antics... It makes my day...miss you
